Stage 1 ECU Calibration — BMW M4 (G82) (Bench Flash)

An M-division engine already running serious boost. Gains are still substantial, but the calibration has to be careful — this is not a platform to be casual with.

This ECU is locked against writing over the diagnostic port, so the unit comes out and is written directly on the bench.

How it works

1. Order here and print the packing slip we email you.
2. Remove the ECU and post it to us, wrapped in anti-static and packed with room for padding.
3. We read the original file, archive it under your VIN, and write the new calibration.
4. The unit ships back the same or next working day, tracked.
5. Refit and drive. No adaptation reset needed.

What we need from you

VIN, mileage, exhaust and filter spec, and the fuel you run. Put it in the order notes.

Bench work carries an inherent risk to the unit. If it has been water damaged or previously flashed by somebody else, tell us before you post it.

What the Stage 1 calibration changes

• Restrictions and limiters removed
• Fuel and ignition corrected across the load range
• Throttle response made linear
• Torque limiters revised to match
