Chain and sprocket replacement

Chains and sprockets wear as a set. Putting a new chain onto hooked sprockets destroys the chain in a few thousand miles, so we replace all three or we do not do the job.

• Front and rear sprockets and chain replaced as a matched set
• Chain sized and riveted properly — no split links on anything over 400cc
• Correct slack set with the bike loaded, not on the stand
• Rear wheel alignment checked with a straight edge, not by the swingarm marks
• Front sprocket area cleaned out, output shaft seal inspected
• Countershaft nut torqued and staked
