Stage 2 Calibration Upgrade — KTM 1290 Super Adventure

Stage 2 assumes the restrictive hardware is gone. Send us the spec, we build the file around it.

Hardware this file expects

• Full system or slip-on with the catalytic converter removed
• High-flow air filter
• Intake air temperature sensor relocated out of the airbox heat, where a kit exists

What changes over Stage 1

• Fuel and ignition retimed for the freer-breathing exhaust
• Airbox and exhaust flap strategy revised
• Torque limits in the lower gears raised
• Pit-lane limiter and launch strategy exposed where the platform supports it
• Lambda handling adjusted for the missing catalyst

This is a calibration upgrade. No hardware ships with it.

Removing emissions equipment is not road legal in most places. We will say so plainly, and what you do with your vehicle after that is your business.
