Stage 2 Calibration Upgrade — Mercedes-AMG C63 (W205)

Stage 2 assumes the restrictive hardware is gone. Send us the spec, we build the file around it.

Hardware this file expects

• Catless or high-flow downpipe
• High-flow intake or panel filter
• Upgraded intercooler on anything that sees repeated full-throttle runs

What changes over Stage 1

• Higher boost targets, now that the exhaust side can flow it
• Timing re-optimised for the lower intake temperatures
• Gearbox clutch pressure raised to hold the extra torque
• Shift points moved to match the new curve
• Catalyst monitoring disabled where the hardware has been removed

This is a calibration upgrade. No hardware ships with it.

Removing emissions equipment is not road legal in most places. We will say so plainly, and what you do with your vehicle after that is your business.
