Motorcycle tire change — front and rear pair

Both ends at once, which is how most people replace tires anyway once the rear is down to the wear bars.

• Both wheels off, tires replaced, balanced and torqued
• New valve stems front and rear

Matching the pair

Run the same make and model front and rear unless there is a specific reason not to. Mixed pairs change how the bike turns, usually not for the better.
