Motorcycle tire change — front and rear pair
Both ends at once, which is how most people replace tires anyway once the rear is down to the wear bars.
What you get
- Both wheels off, tires replaced, balanced and torqued
- New valve stems front and rear
- Chain cleaned, adjusted and lubricated while the rear is out
- Sprockets checked for hooking and reported on
- Brake pads measured through the calipers
- Both old tires disposed of
Matching the pair
Run the same make and model front and rear unless there is a specific reason not to. Mixed pairs change how the bike turns, usually not for the better.
