Pre-purchase inspection

Most used performance vehicles have been modified by somebody. Some of that work is good. Some of it is why the vehicle is for sale.

What we check

• ECU read — is it stock, is it tuned, and by whom
• Compression and leak-down where the engine is a known weak point
• Evidence of overheating, over-revving or a previous rebuild
• Fault codes, including cleared-code history where the platform stores it
• Suspension, brakes, chain and sprockets, tire dates
• Chassis and frame for accident repair

You get a written report with photos the same day. Worth it on anything over a few thousand.
